On behalf of the Board of Directors of the National Down Syndrome Congress (NDSC), its gives me great pleasure to inform you that you have been selected as a winner of the Christian Pueschel Memorial Citizen Award winner for 2006. This award in honor of the late Christian Pueschel is to recognize an individual with Down syndrome whose achievements, service and contributions have enhanced the value and dignity of persons with Down syndrome and their families. You were nominated for this award by Ms. Karen Scallan.

Your award will be presented at our annual NDSC Convention at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis on Saturday, July 22, 2006, at 7:15 P.M.  We hope that you and your family will be able to join us at the NDSC Convention, July 21-23, 2006, in Atlanta.
